A few general notes:
- Arcarius can make mistakes — please verify critical information.
- The more messages a chat contains, the longer processing may take.
- For new topics, starting a new chat is usually the fastest and cleanest approach.
- Answer quality depends directly on the quality of your accounting.
- Outdated data, incorrect or misleading postings, and missing booking texts can significantly reduce accuracy.
- If you need data newer than “as of yesterday,” refresh your transactions.
- This updates the general ledger.
- If you also need sub-ledgers or documents refreshed (these update nightly), please contact us.
- Some requests involve thousands of transactions and documents.
- Please bear with us if a response takes a little longer — Arcarius takes the time needed to deliver the best possible quality.
