One-on-One: I'm not happy with the answer

If you’re ever dissatisfied with a response, here are a few practical steps that usually help:


  • Check whether Arcarius has everything it needs.
  • Common blockers are missing documents or accounting entries that are hard to interpret — for example, postings without meaningful descriptions.


  • Make sure you’re using the right mode.
  • If the answer feels too shallow or important elements are missing, Standard Mode may be reaching its limits. Try Deep Mode.
  • Knowledge Mode is intended for research-only questions that don’t require your accounting data.


  • Consider whether the current chat has become too long.
  • Arcarius reads the existing conversation context with every request. If the thread gets very long, this can slow things down or cause confusion. For new topics, it’s often best to start a new chat.


  • Be explicit about what you’re referring to and what you want.
  • Especially if you’re referencing an older message, point out exactly which part you mean and what outcome you expect.
