Rebooking: Filtering, Exporting, Booking

With this tool, you can search through all transactions posted in Bexio in a wide variety of ways, export them as a CSV file, and—most importantly—perform rebookings. Rebookings can be done for individual transactions as well as in bulk, for up to 500 transactions at a time. Existing postings are not deleted or modified in Bexio; instead, new manual postings are created. In addition, reversal postings can be enabled (due as per booking date plus one day). Rebookings are made exclusively in CHF.

This is particularly useful when a large number of incorrect CSV imports have been posted in Bexio, and for preparing closings and audits. The view is displayed as an account statement (ledger view), not as a journal entry.
