Usage of Artifical Intelligence

In some workflows, Arcarius uses third-party large language models. This applies to:

• One-on-One
• Closing
• Reporting (notes and management report generation only)

For Closing and Reporting, data processing via AI is done in Europe. For One-on-One, data processing may take place outside of Switzerland/Europe.

These AI models operate under strict server-side controls and within a clearly defined, tightly scoped framework. They can only access specific information and cannot make any changes. The models are not trained on your data.
