Usage of Artifical Intelligence

In some workflows, Arcarius uses third-party large language models. This applies to:

• One-on-One
• Closing
• Reporting (notes and management report generation only)

The servers are located primarily in Switzerland. Only if Swiss capacity is unavailable will processing take place on servers in Europe.

These AI models operate under strict server-side controls and within a clearly defined, tightly scoped framework. They can only access specific information and cannot make any changes. The models are not trained on your data.
