Data Freshness

To provide you with the most accurate answers possible, Arcarius needs access to information from your accounting. This data is stored and maintained in a data warehouse (located in Switzerland) and goes through quality checks so we can deliver the best possible results.

For this purpose, we pull your general ledger, sub-ledgers, and documents from your accounting system via API every night.

You can also trigger an additional data refresh at any time, free of charge, if needed (e.g., when preparing a financial closing). You can find the refresh button inside the modules, for example top left in One-on-One. Please wait for the synchronisation to finish.
