How does onboarding work?

It’s simple: on our website, you create an account and buy your first credit package. Then you select one or more companies from Bexio — conveniently in just a few clicks.

After that, we automatically download your general ledger, sub-ledgers, and documents from the last five years. This can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on system load and the amount of data. Once completed, the platform opens automatically. You are then asked to complete the account mapping, in which you can configure the chart of accounts to your liking. After that, data is synchronised. Under notifications you can see, when the process is finished. Then you are ready to go! Account mapping has only be done again if your chart of accounts changes.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing follows a simple principle: you only pay for real results.

That’s why we cover all onboarding costs. The credits you purchase during onboarding are credited to your account 1:1 — no deductions.

Can I add further companies and users in the app?

Yes! You can add further companies and users in the app for free anytime.

Any admin can add users to a company. Just select the company, open Settings, and go to Members.

New companies can only be created by the Billing Admin*. To do this, go to the overview where you see all your companies and add a new one there via "+".
